1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, posting content, or otherwise using TMC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms are binding between you and The Mind Club LLC, a U.S.-registered entity.

2. Eligibility & Parental Guidance

You must be at least 13 years old to use TMC. In compliance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), children under 13 require verified parental consent.

Adolescents (13–17) may use TMC but must be supervised by a parent/guardian to ensure positive and safe use. Parents are encouraged to monitor usage periodically.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant TMC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your posts, fellowships, comments, and other submissions as necessary for operation of the platform.

You agree that your content will comply with community standards and applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use TMC to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent schemes.
• Engage in hate speech, violent, or unlawful content.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to TMC systems.

6. Community Safety & Enforcement

TMC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We encourage users to report malicious actors or harmful behavior. Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, account suspension, or legal referral.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, logos, and code are owned by TMC and protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time. TMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten community safety.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TMC services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMC is not liable for damages, losses, or disruptions caused by user actions, third parties, or technical failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the State of Delaware, with venue in California for disputes. International users agree to submit to U.S. jurisdiction while retaining rights provided under their local laws.
